Each iBoksi is uniquely curated and may include a mix of self-care products, lifestyle accessories, artisan food and drink, creative experiences, and boutique finds, all sourced with intention. No two boxes are exactly alike.

How do I order?

Simply choose one of our ready-curated luxury boxes or select your own gifts from our range of products and we will pack them in one of our standard mailer protective shipping boxes.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across South Africa via courier. Delivery times and rates vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 2 - 5 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location within South Africa.

Can I send an iBoksi as a gift?

Absolutely! Gifting is at the heart of what we do. Simply email your requirements and specifications to orders@iboksi.co.za. We will forward you an invoice and once paid, courier your product to the lucky recipient.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the curated nature of some of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can correct it.
