Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 2 - 5 working days. Orders placed over weekends or on South African public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery within South Africa 

We ship nationwide across South Africa via courier. Estimated delivery times are 3 - 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates 

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders - check our current promotions for details.

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Packaging 

Every iBoksi is carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to be part of the gifting experience.
